༈ སྟོང་ཉིད་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཟུང་དུ་འཇུག་པའི་ལམ།།   ཆེས་ཆེར་གསལ་མཛད་གངས་ཅན་བསྟན་འགྲོའི་མགོན།།  

ཕྱག་ན་པད་མོ་བསྟན་འཛིན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཡི།།  ༸སྐུ་ཚེ་ཞབས་བརྟན་ཐུགས་བཞེད་ལྷུན་འགྲུབ་ཤོག།།

 

༄༅། །དུས་རབས་ཉེར་གཅིག་པའི་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་སྟོན་པ་ཆེན་པོ། ༸སྤྱི་ནོར་༸གོང་ས་སྐྱབས་མགོན་༸རྒྱལ་དབང་སྐུ་ཕྲེང་བཅུ་བཞི་པ་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་དགུང་གྲངས་ 

༩༠ ཕེབས་པའི་༸སྐུའི་འཁྲུངས་སྐར་གོ་སྟོན་ལ་མཚམས་འདྲིའི་བཀྲིས་བདེ་ལེགས་ཞུ །།

 

Today with immense joy and happiness we celebrated His Holiness the Great 14th Dalai Lama’s 90th Birthday!  

 

We felt we were so hugely fortunate to be able to celebrate this momentous historic day of His Holiness’s 90th Birthday !  

May His Holiness Live beyond 113 Years of age to lead the world and humanity on to the path of non-violence, compassion,  peace, harmony, happiness in true spirit of oneness of the entire seven Billion Humanity 

- the heart teaching and eternal legacy of His Holiness to the world !  

On this most auspicious occasion let us all renew our pledge to follow and implement His Holiness’s sublime teachings 

in our daily life so as to bring positive change into family, community, nation and in the world for a better future !
